This community of 106 all brick homes is located in a gated entrance community adjacent to Emerald Lake off Shire Lane in northern New Hanover County, NC.

Modest homeowner association fees provide for a clubhouse, pool and lawn maintenance. A walking trail around the lake is planned.

Churches, schools, restaurants and shopping are close by, as well as easy access to Interstate 40. ILM International airport is a short 15 minute drive.
